Data Rights & Privacy

Your information exists to get you a table — nothing more. We use it internally only, we never sell or share it, and we never use SMS for marketing. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, when we will text you, and the choices you have.

What We Collect
Only what we need to seat you: your name, phone number, an optional email, and your reservation details (date, time, party size, dietary restrictions, special occasion, and any requests you share). When a payment card is required to hold a reservation, it is used only as described in our cancellation policy. We also collect usage telemetry — which fields were completed and where errors appeared — used only to improve the application. We never record what you type, and payment card fields are never tracked at all.

When We Will Text You
We use SMS as the primary way to communicate about your reservations. You may receive a text from us:

• A one-time code to verify your phone number.
• A confirmation when you complete a reservation or ticket purchase.
• Reminders ahead of your upcoming visit.
• A confirmation when you cancel or change a reservation.
• Waitlist updates, including when a table opens up for you.
• A notice if you begin a reservation but do not finish it — a reservation is not held until you complete the final confirmation step, so we may send a one-time reminder that your booking was not completed, with a link to finish it.
• Replies to messages you send us.
• Occasional service notices affecting your visit (for example, a weather closure).

What We Never Do
We do not send promotional or advertising messages, and we never sell or share your information. Your information is used internally only, to operate your reservations. Every message we send is about your reservations, your booking activity, or your conversations with us.

Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, and START to resume. Please note that because we verify guests by phone, opting out also pauses online booking — we will not be able to send the verification code needed to sign in until you opt back in.

How Long We Keep Information
Your reservation history stays on your profile so we can serve you better on return visits and so you can review past bookings. We may keep information indefinitely, or delete it at any time, at our discretion.

Payment Card Data
The one exception is payment card data. A card is accepted only to hold your reservation, and staff are authorized to charge it (for example, for a no-show or late cancellation) for up to 4 days after your reservation. Once that window closes we no longer have any reason to keep the card, so we proactively and permanently destroy the card details — keeping only basic identifiers such as the card type (VISA, AMEX, etc.).

How We Protect It
All traffic to our site is encrypted (HTTPS). Payment cards are stored encrypted, every access to them is logged, and card details are destroyed automatically once the fee window closes. We use no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or trackers; all measurement is done in-house on our own servers.

Automated Assistance
When you text us, an automated assistant may help draft or send the first response so you get an answer quickly. Our staff supervise these conversations and step in directly whenever needed.

Third Parties
Text messages are delivered through our SMS delivery provider, which processes your phone number solely to deliver our messages.

Your Rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Text us or call and we will take care of it. Records connected to fees, payments, or disputes may be retained where we are required to keep them.
